1. 後日発表されること

日付や時間、場所、登壇者、出演者など、イベントや計画の詳細がまだ確定しておらず、後日改めて発表されることを示す表現です。略してTBAとされることも多いです。

「～されるべきである」という意味を持つbe to不定詞構文の受動態として使われ、「後日発表されるべき状態にある」という意味になります。これは前の意味よりもややフォーマルまたは義務的なニュアンスを含みます。
